Mengyuan started her PhD at CCRC in August 2018. She is interested in land surface processes and land-atmosphere interactions. She completed her BSc degree in Hydrometeorology and MSc in Meteorology at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. Her master's thesis focused on the parameterization improvements of canopy precipitation interception in the CLM4.5.
