Biography
Libao graduated from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Science in China. Her undergraduate thesis and research was focused on Arctic Oscillation and synoptic meteorology. After graduation, Libao worked in the New Oriental Group as a counselor for years in China. Now she is working on her master degree study and her research project focuses on extreme rainfall and radar data application in the weather prediction.
