Jiaxin Shi

Biography

iaxin is an Honours student in Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS), University of Tasmania. She started her major marine science in Ocean University of China in 2018 and continued in IMAS in 2020 doing marine and Antarctic Science. Jiaxin always holds great interest in science and research, which has led her to start the Honours in IMAS in July 2021. Her Honours thesis is Identification of marine heatwaves around Tasmania and their associated impacts on Pacific Oysters.
