Biography
Xiaoxuan is a PhD student at the University of Tasmania (UTAS). Xiaoxuan completed her undergraduate study as a student of the 2+2 program between the Ocean University of China (OUC) and the University of Tasmania (UTAS). She received her bachelor degree in Marine Science (Physical Oceanography) with first-class honours in August 2019. Her PhD project aims to improve the potential predictability of extreme climate events by providing a better understanding of stratosphere-troposphere interaction.
