The Computational Biology Research Initiative (CBRI) and Centre for Personalised Therapeutics Technologies (CPTT) invite University of Melbourne HDR students to register for this Science Communication Workshop.
This event is open to University of Melbourne HDR students (PhD, masters) and ECRs (within 3 years of graduation).
Hear from experts in scientific communication, and participate in group activities to develop your skills.
Attendees will hear from two guest speakers, who will mentor them during the group activities.
We are delighted that our guest speakers are Dr Shane Huntington (broadcaster on 3RRR’s science radio program, Einstein A Go Go) and Dr Linden Ashcroft (lecturer and a regular of Einstein A Go Go).
Registration includes morning tea and lunch – places are limited. Cancellations must be made at least 48hrs ahead of the event.
