Biography
Dongqi Lin is an atmospheric scientist who obtained her PhD from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand) in August 2022. During her research career, Dongqi explored various subjects, including precipitation radar and microphysics, meteorological controls on radiation fog across micro- and meso-scales, and boundary layer dynamics and modelling. In April 2024, she joined Monash SEAE, where she shifts her focus to investigate the spatial characteristics of precipitation extremes.
