James Wyatt

Biography

James completed his Bachelor of Marine and Antarctic Science (Hons) in 2020. His honours project focussed on heat flow from the Southern Ocean to the tropical and temperate Indian Ocean along Australia's southern and western boundary current system, with a key interest in changes within Subantarctic Mode Water and Antarctic Intermediate Water. James started his PhD in December 2021, focussing on Southern Ocean meridional fluxes. When he's not studying, James absolutely adores getting to explore Tasmania's natural beauty.
