Biography
Larry is a joint PhD student from the University of Melbourne and University of Manchester. He obtained both his bachelor's degree in Meteorology and master's degree in Atmospheric Science in the Philippines. He has worked both in his country's national weather agency, the DOST-PAGASA, and the Manila Observatory, which is a research institution that specializes in the fields of atmospheric and earth science in the Philippines and the Southeast Asian region.
