Luis Ackermann has a BSc in Physics and an MSc in Atmospheric Sciences, both from the University of Houston where he worked as a Researcher 1 for 4 years. He then worked 5 years as a Research Associate at Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI) leading the air quality and meteorology measurement and characterisation pillar.
