Ruiqing is a student in the joint Ocean University of China (OUC) and University of Tasmania (UTAS) 2+2 program, with a strong interest in marine biogeochemistry. Her honours project will simulate the Southern Ocean phytoplankton light environment using 1D models and biogeochemical Argo floats.
