Biography
Sharma completed his Masters in Atmospheric Physics and Atmospheric Environment from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. During and after his masters, he worked on climate extremes, precipitation, and temperature variability in South Asia, particularly in the Himalayan region,Nepal. Sharma started Ph.D. in 2023 at Climate Change Research Centre (CCRC), UNSW, Australia. He will be researching on the future changes in precipitation extremes, urban expansion, and their impact on water resources.
